Our grocery drive is a simple, practical way to support families in our local community.

Across selected Woolworths, Coles and IGA stores in Sydney, you’ll find AusRelief collection tubs at the exit. After completing your shop, you can add a few essential items — groceries that go directly to families facing financial pressure.

From there, our team collects and sorts donations before distributing them to local schools, women’s shelters, and households who need extra support. These are everyday essentials, delivered where they’re needed most.

What makes this program unique is who helps bring it to life.

Our grocery drive is supported by a team of young people with disabilities, who are involved in every step — from collection to drop-offs. Over time, they’ve grown into these roles — building confidence, communication, and strong connections within the community.
