This winter, we're helping provide practical winter essentials to people across our communities who may be struggling to afford them.

For many of us, pulling on a hoodie, grabbing a blanket or reaching for a warm pair of socks is second nature. But for individuals and families experiencing financial hardship, homelessness or unexpected challenges, these everyday items can become difficult to access.

Through WinterRelief, AusRelief is working alongside trusted community organisations, schools and frontline services to help ensure more people have access to the essentials that make winter safer, warmer and more comfortable.

Funds also help us respond to urgent requests from community partners and distribute support where it is needed most.

Who We're Supporting

WinterRelief supports people across Western Sydney, Greater Sydney and selected regional communities, including:

• Families experiencing financial hardship
• Children identified through local schools as requiring additional support
• Women and children accessing specialist support services and shelters
• People experiencing or at risk of homelessness
• Refugees and newly arrived families
• Older community members requiring additional support
• Young people navigating challenging circumstances
