Women’s Health & Maternal Wellbeing
In underserved communities, many women lack access to safe maternal healthcare and essential medical support. AR strengthens rural health systems by providing maternal and child healthcare equipment, supporting women’s health and birthing centres, and distributing mother and baby support kits to improve postnatal wellbeing and reduce preventable health risks.
Menstrual Health & Dignity
Menstrual health is both a health and gender equity issue. AR supports menstrual hygiene education, distributes sanitary products, and empowers women through vocational training to produce eco-friendly sanitary products locally. These initiatives help break stigma while promoting dignity, school participation, and economic inclusion.
Women’s Economic Empowerment & Livelihoods
Economic independence transforms lives. AR supports vulnerable women — including single mothers — through vocational training, financial literacy programs, women-led enterprise initiatives, tailoring and sewing programs, catering training, and small business support designed to create sustainable income opportunities.
Girls’ Education & Leadership Development
Education is one of the most powerful tools for empowerment. AR supports girls’ access to education through scholarships, leadership development initiatives, university support programs, and targeted interventions for girls at risk of dropping out due to poverty or cultural barriers.
