Mohammad Al Arab is a 40-year-old father of three living in Lebanon who has been battling severe heart failure since 2006.
Despite years of treatment, Mohammad’s condition has now progressed to Stage D end-stage heart failure. His latest medical reports show severely reduced heart function, and doctors have advised that he urgently requires advanced heart-failure treatment, including a heart transplant.
The treatment he needs is not available to him locally, meaning Mohammad must travel to the United States to access the specialist care and transplant that could save his life. The overall cost of treatment, travel and associated medical care is extremely high.
A substantial amount has already been raised thanks to the incredible generosity of donors, but there is still a significant amount remaining.
This fundraiser has been created to help give Mohammad the opportunity to receive the treatment he urgently needs and, most importantly, the chance to return home to his three children.
