The Mushta Hamoud branch of Al Iman Islamic Schools, located at the Lebanese borders with Syria, has approximately 600 students for the 2022/2023 academic year.
The project aims to secure/produce electricity by installing solar system on the roof of the school building to ensure that the school receives the required uninterrupted electricity supply to run the school.
The solar system will have 60 solar panels and three inverters that work off-grid, and 3 lithium batteries.
The system will produce the required energy/electricity without having to use the electrical generators, and it will save approximately 90% of the current fuel cost which is approximately $4500 a month.
