Mali and her family would do anything to save her eye.
Mali was diagnosed with retinoblastoma in both eyes - a rare type of eye cancer in children. Due to the aggressive nature of her cancer, doctors have no other choice but to remove one of her eyes.
While there can nothing done to save her eye, there is still something we can do to save those who are needlessly blind but who cannot afford the 5 minute surgery.
In Mali's honour, her family is raising funds to give others something they sadly cannot give their own daughter - the gift of sight.
Mission of Vision provides free cataract surgery to those living in impoverished communities across Asia and Africa. You wouldn't put a price on your own sight, but you can put one on theirs. In just under an hour and for only $100 you can restore a blind person’s sight.
Please support Mali's cause and keep her and her family in your prayers.
