Tom has over 20 years’ experience in law & management, specialising in commercial, property and family law. Tom has a Master of Law and Management degree from the University of New South Wales and is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries. He is regularly consulted to advise & act for high net worth individuals, both in Australia and abroad.
Tom has a Masters of Law and Management degree from the University of New South Wales & has completed the prestigious Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.
With a special interest in innovation and systemised operations, his firm was one of the first practices in Australia to be endorsed with the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance certification.
As well as his considerable experience in business, Tom is a passionate community and social justice advocate as well as an active humanitarian. He is the co-founder and Chairman of AusRelief, and a Councillor on Cumberland Council (one of Australia's largest Council's). He is also the co-founder and director of the Centre for Arbitration & the Resolution of Disputes (CARD), a former non-executive director of Chanel International Pty Ltd and former President of the Lebanese Moslem Association (LMA). He is also a former Councillor on Auburn City Council and co-founder of the Australian National Imams Council (ANIC).
On Australia Day (2020), Tom was awarded an Order of Australia Medal (OAM) for his many years of dedicated service to the law, to local government, and to the community.
