Heba is currently employed by TAFE NSW in the capacity of Manager TAFE Services. She is responsible for leading a team of coordinators ensuring high levels of performance directly influence the customer experience. As a multiple award winner in Workplace Health and Safety as well as Customer Experience and Excellence, Heba is committed to delivering the gold standard in everything she does.
With a background of over 15 years in the aviation industry, Heba is well travelled and has a deep appreciation for people from all walks of life spanning across the globe. Grateful for the privilege to serve humanity, Heba is committed to making an impact on the lives of the less fortunate and inspiring others to make the world a better place.
